By booking a session with O.N.E. Branding Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of [ 50%] is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due [1 day] prior to the shoot.
Payment methods accepted: Customers can check out with all major credit and debit cards.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing at least [15 days] before the session.
Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if requested at least [7 days] in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date under certain conditions.
3. Image Delivery
Edited high-resolution images will be delivered as established prior to the session.
All images will be provided via Dropbox a secure digital gallery for download.
Unedited RAW files are not included or available for purchase.
4. Usage Rights & Licensing
Clients must request commercial license to use the images for branding, marketing, website, and social media.
Images may not be sold, transferred, or sublicensed to third parties without written consent.
O.N.E. Branding Photography retains copyright ownership and may use images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for describing the details of their project prior to the shoot.
If the client decides to change the shoot details previously mentioned in the written contract , the described plan won’t be modified , unless additional payment made.
6. Artistic Style
The client acknowledges that they have reviewed the photographer’s portfolio and are booking based on that artistic style.
O.N.E. Branding Photography maintains creative discretion in the editing and final image selection.
7. Liability
O.N.E. Branding Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session.
In the unlikely event of a camera failure, memory card corruption, or photographer illness, all efforts will be made to reschedule or refund the session .
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellation due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
